GBCustomer Service - On Point Customer service was exceptional, delivery was ok. Drivers never want to wait while customers inspect delivered items. But I forced him to sit tight. He knew he was supposed to wait but I never met a delivery person who was not in a rush to get away :). Im anxious to see my fantastic sink installed in the next week.

GBExpensive sink, loser shipping company Can't rate the sink as it hasn't arrived yet. What's the point of paying $1000+ for a sink when they use a shipping company with only 1.5 stars? Estes shipping has held onto my sink for the past week. They lied to me about talking to me to set an appointment and now I can't get anybody on the phone. I was excited about getting the sink but now I don't care anymore. I just want this nightmare of a shipping company out of my life

GBGood service, once inventory issue was resolved ADM was amazing with the speed at which they filled the order once they got it right. The company has an inventory tracking problem and could not confirm availability of a sink. Multiple representatives told us the item was out of stock and it would take 8-10 weeks to receive it. Then, miraculously, it was in stock and we received the item within 48 hours of placing the order. This is especially amazing since we live in a rural area. Well done on the back end, not too swift at the beginning. That is why I can’t provide 5 stars.
