Not happy with this company. Not happy with this company. Make me pay 15% restocking fee plus return shipping for a item I never received. They could not deliver it and they made me pay the return. I will never ever purchase something from them.

My tub took 17 weeks for delivery when… My tub took 17 weeks for delivery when I was told 6-8. During the process I sent numerous emails and made several calls. Many times they where not returned. Not happy by any means.

Excellent communication and delivery Excellent communication and delivery! They shipped our tub on Tuesday and arrived at Houston, TX on Friday. The crate was in perfect condition and the delivery guy was professional and polite. Will def buy from them again!! Thanks!!!
