Cabinet Corp did the cabinets in a… Cabinet Corp did the cabinets in a custom home that started in May of 2021. We finally got the last 2 doors to finish the job November of 2022. The owners lived in the home since January of 2022 without the cabinet doors. A lot of the issues and delays were with the vendor Tru Cabinets. I would have given Cabinet Corp a 1 star but they did continue to work to get the project finished. My main complaints are: 1. Time to get the job complete. 2. Poor communication. Me or the homeowner initiated most of the communications and a lot of the time had to email or call multiple times to get an update. 3. We have asked for a check to cover all the extra installation cost we had due to the multiple extra trips made by the installer we hired. Cabinet Corp. has refused to refund that money. That amount would not begin to cover all the extra time I had along with the homeowner to get the project finished. 4. Poor quality of the product from Tru Cabinets. I would recommend to never pay Cabinet Corp or any other company 100% of the cost until they have finished.

Good Service and Products Very good communication which is hard to come by these days. Responds quick and Constanta left no questions unanswered. Quick Free 3D design that helps our remodeling company. Very nice cabinetry and fair price. They stand behind their products. Completely satisfied with service and cabinets.

Will buy again Well built cabinet and on time delivery. My only criticism is that the order window is very slow.

Website would not allow us to add a … Website would not allow us to add a cabinet we wanted, had to call customer service and after some time it got fixed. People were very helpful, website needs a little work
