GBGreat Service I received my Tofubud with a large crack in the large tub that’s meant to hold the water pressed from the tofu. This was unfortunate, but most likely happened during transit, oh well. I contacted their customer support and they were able to assist me so quickly and efficiently! They kept me constantly up to date with any new developments on my replacement, down to the day it was delivered. Couldn’t have asked for better service! Now that I have received my Tofubud and gotten the chance to test it out, I can def say it was worth the wait/exchange. Has made the prep infinitely quicker and mess-free!! 10/10 recommend!

GBGreat Press, Even Better Support Team! I do agree with the other reviews that this press is a game changer for my tofu, and has really made my switch to veganism easier. But! I want to talk more about the service team who make this all possible. My first press unfortunately arrived with a crack (personally I think it was a mishap during delivery - it still worked great except for a small leak, which really speaks to the sturdiness of the press even after damage). I contacted support to see if they had any recommendations for sealing it off, and instead they shipped a replacement! The support team was nothing but kind, and I really can't express my gratitude enough for their understanding.

GBPhenomenal Customer Service! I ordered two TofuBuds that arrived damaged, due to shipping. They replaced both of them swiftly and carefully. GBI received the first tofu press VERY… I received the first tofu press VERY quickly but noticed that it arrived damaged. I wrote the customer service representatives after business hours and they got back to me WITHIN TWO HOURS. A replacement was immediately sent out and I couldn't be happier with the kind and helpful support I received.
