I received the first tofu press VERY… I received the first tofu press VERY quickly but noticed that it arrived damaged. I wrote the customer service representatives after business hours and they got back to me WITHIN TWO HOURS. A replacement was immediately sent out and I couldn't be happier with the kind and helpful support I received.

Great Press, Even Better Support Team! I do agree with the other reviews that this press is a game changer for my tofu, and has really made my switch to veganism easier. But! I want to talk more about the service team who make this all possible. My first press unfortunately arrived with a crack (personally I think it was a mishap during delivery - it still worked great except for a small leak, which really speaks to the sturdiness of the press even after damage). I contacted support to see if they had any recommendations for sealing it off, and instead they shipped a replacement! The support team was nothing but kind, and I really can't express my gratitude enough for their understanding.

I ordered my tofu bud a few weeks ago… I ordered my tofu bud a few weeks ago and had an original shipping date that changed to an earlier date so I would be getting it a lot sooner. On the day it was to be delivered I got a text from the post office saying they sent it back due to an incomplete address. I sent an email to tofubud support and got a response asking me if my address was correct. I responded back saying it was and they confirmed that it was being returned to them and that they would contact the warehouse to send a new one out to me. I received it the other day and had the chance to use it for the first time last night. It works perfectly! I looked at several other tofu presses but kept coming back to this one. The person that worked with me kept in touch making sure that I received my purchase. She even confirmed that I did receive it after getting a notice that it was delivered. More companies need to follow the customer support model that this company is using. I will definitely buy from them again and tell others to do so
