I ordered my tofu bud a few weeks ago… I ordered my tofu bud a few weeks ago and had an original shipping date that changed to an earlier date so I would be getting it a lot sooner. On the day it was to be delivered I got a text from the post office saying they sent it back due to an incomplete address. I sent an email to tofubud support and got a response asking me if my address was correct. I responded back saying it was and they confirmed that it was being returned to them and that they would contact the warehouse to send a new one out to me. I received it the other day and had the chance to use it for the first time last night. It works perfectly! I looked at several other tofu presses but kept coming back to this one. The person that worked with me kept in touch making sure that I received my purchase. She even confirmed that I did receive it after getting a notice that it was delivered. More companies need to follow the customer support model that this company is using. I will definitely buy from them again and tell others to do so

I received the first tofu press VERY… I received the first tofu press VERY quickly but noticed that it arrived damaged. I wrote the customer service representatives after business hours and they got back to me WITHIN TWO HOURS. A replacement was immediately sent out and I couldn't be happier with the kind and helpful support I received.

Great Service I received my Tofubud with a large crack in the large tub that’s meant to hold the water pressed from the tofu. This was unfortunate, but most likely happened during transit, oh well. I contacted their customer support and they were able to assist me so quickly and efficiently! They kept me constantly up to date with any new developments on my replacement, down to the day it was delivered. Couldn’t have asked for better service! Now that I have received my Tofubud and gotten the chance to test it out, I can def say it was worth the wait/exchange. Has made the prep infinitely quicker and mess-free!! 10/10 recommend!

Love it Squeezes tofu in 20 minutes and is very simple to use and clean. Great product.
