GBGreat Service I received my Tofubud with a large crack in the large tub that’s meant to hold the water pressed from the tofu. This was unfortunate, but most likely happened during transit, oh well. I contacted their customer support and they were able to assist me so quickly and efficiently! They kept me constantly up to date with any new developments on my replacement, down to the day it was delivered. Couldn’t have asked for better service! Now that I have received my Tofubud and gotten the chance to test it out, I can def say it was worth the wait/exchange. Has made the prep infinitely quicker and mess-free!! 10/10 recommend!

ITTofubud is not suitable for draining and pressing homemade tofu I make my own tofu and need a tofu press that is suitable for artisan-made tofu. NOT TOFUBUD. It is only suitable for pressing store-bought tofu blocks when you want your tofu more compressed. As a tool for draining and pressing homemade tofu it is quite useless. I will be returning the Tofubud, and I wish that the company made it clear in their advertising that the product has such a limited application.

GBGreat customer service I ordered a tofubud tofu press and it arrived damaged. I contacted customer care and they quickly resolved the issue and sent me a new replacement. I am hopeful this will arive with no problems and i can't wait to start using it.

GBI received the first tofu press VERY… I received the first tofu press VERY quickly but noticed that it arrived damaged. I wrote the customer service representatives after business hours and they got back to me WITHIN TWO HOURS. A replacement was immediately sent out and I couldn't be happier with the kind and helpful support I received.
