GBI placed an order on Feb 10th I placed an order on Feb 10th, with shipping in 8-14 days. I have reached out with multiple requests for an update. No reply or acknowledgement of any of the request. Why should this be so difficult to respond to a first time customer?

GBLove Browze! I have placed about three or four orders with Browze. The only problem I have when placing an order is deciding what to order. There are so many awesome items, that I can never choose. Every order I've placed, the shipping was much quicker than expected, customer service has answered me quickly when I needed them at one point, and the products were exactly what we're advertised every time I've gotten them. Love this company.

CAI adore BROWZE I adore BROWZE. I’m sure you will love their gadgets, utensils and accessories too. Their products are well priced and cater to every budget. I find their customer service to be outstanding and they have a very flexible return policy if the items do not meet your satisfaction. I typically prefer their spring collections but I invite you shop with them year round. Unique items are added weekly so you don’t want to miss out!

GBSuch a pleasant experience shopping… Such a pleasant experience shopping with Browze. They kept me informed snot the status of my order every step of the way, which I appreciated because orders take a few days to be processed and ship but it’s definitely worth it! Their unique products and quality collections make it worth the wait!
