I am trying to reach some sort of customer support to let them know I can’t even track the shipment. I feel that this company could be doing a lot more as far as customer satisfaction is concerned. Ordered a makeup case Ordered a makeup case. It finally arrived with a broken mirror and missing pieces. Contacted company several times and they quit responding. Just wanted to know how to return and get a refund. Finally had to contact my credit card company. Will never buy from them again!!

Floating magnetic globe light Quite clever and globe is nicely illustrated. Written directions poor but can be figured out. Directions say spin clockwise but real earth spins counter clockwise. You can actually spin it counterclockwise. Will make a great kid's nightlite!

Ornaments Ornaments The cardinal ornaments were terrible quality. Definitely would not give them as gifts so disappointed. Ornaments were stamped and details smeared. Would be happy to return. Prefer my money refunded. I have tried numerous times over the past few weeks sending emails to customer service. No one has responded. So, here I am. Trying another avenue to get someone to respond.
