I am trying to reach some sort of customer support to let them know I can’t even track the shipment. I feel that this company could be doing a lot more as far as customer satisfaction is concerned. Floating magnetic globe light Quite clever and globe is nicely illustrated. Written directions poor but can be figured out. Directions say spin clockwise but real earth spins counter clockwise. You can actually spin it counterclockwise. Will make a great kid's nightlite!

missing items I ordered a spatula, a spider strainer, a pot and 2 pair of scissors over a month ago and I only received the spider strainer and a dented pot. Somebody contacted me today from Browze to tell me that all the items show as delivered and gave two tracking numbers for my local post office. When I entered the numbers to track my items I got no results.

Love Browze! I have placed about three or four orders with Browze. The only problem I have when placing an order is deciding what to order. There are so many awesome items, that I can never choose. Every order I've placed, the shipping was much quicker than expected, customer service has answered me quickly when I needed them at one point, and the products were exactly what we're advertised every time I've gotten them. Love this company.

Delivery Time outrageous...but not… Delivery Time outrageous...but not mentioned when you purchase the goods only after.... Questioned order...as Git an email saying problems with it... Wanted to cancel but said I couldn't as despatched... Every email quoted wrong order and Even called me by another name and different product so sent to me rather than Other buyer.... Never again. Still unsure when delivery is...
