I have received a radio that wasn't… I have received a radio that wasn't what I expected. Being tiny. No instructions for use. Found how to scroll waveband but can't lock onto any station. Very very annoyed and disappointed. Once bitten twice shy. I will personally take to advising all friends on Facebook ,Twitter, Instagram not to use this company

Floating magnetic globe light Quite clever and globe is nicely illustrated. Written directions poor but can be figured out. Directions say spin clockwise but real earth spins counter clockwise. You can actually spin it counterclockwise. Will make a great kid's nightlite!

I am trying to reach some sort of customer support to let them know I can’t even track the shipment. I feel that this company could be doing a lot more as far as customer satisfaction is concerned.
