I am giving this review 5 stars even… I am giving this review 5 stars even though it was a rough start. No delivery or information was forthcoming about my order for 3+weeks. Several emails went unanswered. Then low and behold someone found my email in the internet pile and replied. Not only did they reply, but communicated directly with the company that makes the product and got them jumping through hoops and the order was filled and on my porch in less than a week from the last correspondence. The product worked perfectly and the service was exemplary. Russell, thank you very much for your kindness, understanding and your fantastic follow-through. Much appreciated.

No response I've placed a order 12Feb24, for a multi-bike lifter. I've followed up with an email for movement for this item and no response. Phone calls with no answer and no response with voice mail left. What is going on?

Took 31/2 weeks for the product to… Took 31/2 weeks for the product to arrive and then it was missing the control panel so. I’m still waiting for that! Ugh

Great garage storage solution! The lifts I bought are fantastic. I’m a contractor, licensed electrician and plumber. these lifts were difficult to install and the instructions are not very good. Not really an install for the DIYer. Unless you have really good skills.

Buyer beware! Less than 1 star rating! Buyer beware!!! If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I placed an order weeks ago for an item YBL stated as having in stock online. Fast forward 2+weeks, with no mention from the company, I find that my payment "expired" and that fulfillment status was "unfulfilled." What does that even mean??? There is no issue with my credit card whatsoever. Why list a product as being in stock, especially before the holidays, only to find out that it never was truly in stock. I'm now left to deal, "with my financial institution to [recover my] funds." Please order from this merchant if you want additional headaches in your life. I'm left without the product ordered and without my funds. Should be illegal to operate a business as such. I'm truly in awe and fully disgusted!
