GBBad Bike and Bad Service Sent me a broken bike, noticed parts were broken after I built it. They sent me replacement parts and those were broken too, poorly packaged in a plastic bag lol. Tried to get a refund and had to wait for "warehouse" aka china to approve the refund with no success, i called my credit card company and had them chargeback. That woke them up and they finally said they will approve a refund, once bike is returned, told them great send someone to pick it up... writing this review and still no one has come to get rid of it. I have emailed them twice and no response from Russell, who is the only person that answers their customer service phone and email. Crappy bike, crappy service, buy from a local manufacturer to avoid these headaches and carelessness. YBL you lost my business forever

GBHorrible and nonexistent customer… Horrible and nonexistent customer support. I was sent a lift that didn’t work and after 4-5 months, returned it. I spent $1800 and they said the unit was “damaged and couldn’t be resold” when they got it back. IT NEVER WORKED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Thanks for taking $600 of my hard earned money and o my refunding me $1200. Shameful.
