USThe worst customer service possible I bought a bathtub from them, and the tracking app didn't work. I called the phone number and someone who spoke very little English answered "hello" and kept apologizing without being able to helping me and there was no one else to talk to. I was told I would get email confirmation about when I would receive the tub, I never did. I finally asked for a refund and one month later I still haven't received it. It is by far the worst customer service

USWorst company I have ever seen for… Worst company I have ever seen for customer service. They claim my bedding has shipped even though UPS has no record of the package. Sweet Home does not reply and Amazon will not give me a refund because Sweet Home claims the bedding is en route. Do Not work with this scamming company.

USI regeret my purchase from Sweet Home… I regeret my purchase from Sweet Home Collection. To recap, I ordered some sheets on 12/20 because the item description said they would arrive by 12/26. They sent me an email saying they had shipped on 12/22 and would arrive by 12/28. Since then, Fedex tracking shows they have travelled from New Jersey, to Mississippi, to Tennessee to Kansas and landed in Colorado where they have been for the past 5 days. Fedex does not have an estimated delivery date to my address in Illinois. Sweet Home refuses to help and says shipping is slower due to the holidays and covid. Feeling like I threw my money away at this point - 16 days after placing the order with no arrival date available. I would never shop here again.

USLoving my new bed set I was surprised by the low reviews I saw because I recently ordered a bed in a bag set and I love it. It is the softest and most comfortable bed set I've ever owned. The prices are amazing and the styles are very fashionable. I received my order very quickly (less than a week), even quicker than promised. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

USThis company is a SCAM they will not… This company is a SCAM they will not send you the product you purchase, they will print the shipping label so that you can’t ask for a refund or return and then never ship the items you paid for. I will have to get my bank to cancel the transaction after 2 months of waiting for the comforter to ship. Their support team will not respond to emails or phone calls. Worst company out there. Save your money and your time and don’t buy from sweet home collection....
