I ordered a engine hoist on August 5… I ordered a engine hoist on August 5 2023 I did get a tracking number and I was told it would take 8 to 15 day to be delivered but my package was delivered some place in Puerto rico.and the problem is I live in the state of Illinois. and I never received my package. and I contacted customer service many times to get a refund I only received on replay from customer service that I would receive my refund with in 5 to 10 days. Well I'm still waiting on my refund. still nothing. So I contacted customer service again about my refund but customer service never got back with me

Was told my item was "delivered" to someplace in Hawaii (I live in Michigan) and my acct. showed payment went to Pashsetting. Total scam and I am out the money. Sandra Daenzer

In July I ordered an outdoor Christmas… In July I ordered an outdoor Christmas Display. I got a tracking number and it showed it came from China to San Fran and then shipped to Hawaii. I live in Maryland, sent an email asking??? No response, the original order was placed through a website Lamouren.com. Put a dispute in with the credit card company and was denied since they had a tracking number through USPS saying it was delivered. (It wasn't). They sent the credit card company a fake receipt saying I ordered Bowls and Cups for the exact amount I'm disputing. Def a SCAM waiting on my appeal, and I just sent this site for them understand who they are dealing with.

I placed an order for a lawnmower from… I placed an order for a lawnmower from another company but my bank statement says the money went to pashsetter. I have not found any way to contact them or find out the original company I thought I was dealing with.

Scam. Fraudulent I placed an order for a swimming pool from brownsona.com and my bank statement shows pashsetting.com is who the money went to. The tracking number I was given shows order was delivered in pacific palisades California on USPS.com tracking which I am in iowa. I have emailed all and they will not respond.
