I ordered a printer through another… I ordered a printer through another company in July 2023. I was given a tracking number, which indicated that the printer was delivered to an address in Puerto Rico. I live in Brooklyn, New York! When I looked at my credit card statement it was charged to Pashsetting. I had never heard of this company before. My bank did an investigation and was told by the merchant that I had authorized the payment, so I am still liable for that amount. What a rip-off!

Ordered a pool heater from hainshow Ordered a pool heater from hainshow. Pashsetting was the ones who took my money . heater never came it was delivered to PUERTO RICO I live in Pennsylvania. No one will answers emails or phone. Contacted USPS they couldn't do anything because my name wasn't even on the package but i had the tracking number. Called bank made a claim and it was denied since I gave permission when i made the purchase . SUCH BS AND IM LIVID. almost out of $100 and no help from anywhere. I hope someone can do something about this scam they have going. Its not fair to the people who have to work hard for money in an honest way. i am sorry that anyone else has went through this. I will definitely be researching things better from now on.

This company never sent me anything This company never sent me anything. I ordered a Halloween skeleton. It showed tracking and delivery to Miami. It never arrived at my address despite, during my claim with my credit card, showing that they sent it to my home and provided me -- only then -- a tracking number with USPS. I tried that number and it says it was delivered and left on my porch. I checked my security cameras and no such delivery ever occurred. Further, I tried resolving this with the company but they say I got it. In my claims with my credit card company they provide info that they mainly sell small household goods but their shipping info to me indicates and order or cups and plates. What???? and their website shows clothing. There is no number to contact them -- I would happily resolve this by getting the item. Also, when I call the USPS tracking number they provided USPS says it is a lost or delayed package and to file a claim but the claim form requires and address of the shipper and guess what -- there is no address. Really, really bad

In July I ordered an outdoor Christmas… In July I ordered an outdoor Christmas Display. I got a tracking number and it showed it came from China to San Fran and then shipped to Hawaii. I live in Maryland, sent an email asking??? No response, the original order was placed through a website Lamouren.com. Put a dispute in with the credit card company and was denied since they had a tracking number through USPS saying it was delivered. (It wasn't). They sent the credit card company a fake receipt saying I ordered Bowls and Cups for the exact amount I'm disputing. Def a SCAM waiting on my appeal, and I just sent this site for them understand who they are dealing with.
