Signed up on friday Signed up on friday, got 1 real lead call, another 1 was from their customer who where claiming free revisit, and another 16 unanswered calls trough 3 days of Christmas holidays that resulted in $374 in total. Answer of support team about why I where receiving this calls while I listed my business hours mon-fri 9-6 was "we are not responsible if customer want to call you". But oh yeah YOU ARE responsible to pay for them. UPDATE: Called 10AM, asked to stop redirecting calls because i dont want to pay for a calls i cant answer. 3PM - still receiving a calls.

WORST COMPANY EVER Had issues with the service and most of the time did not get the issues resolved. Was going through the process of reviewing my problems with receiving calls and they just charged my account regardless of what the circumstances were. They told me that most my card would be billed was 250 at a time, did not know that would be weekly!!! Then the last charge was over $500. I can take the good with the bad, but when was this supposed to be good???

Bad customer service these guys are… Bad customer service these guys are horrible at keeping track of old Kohl's they keep on charging my credit card over and over for service that they never provided I would never recommend going to them if you need appliance repair my device go directly to Appliance companies not a third company like they are this is a big scam never use them once again this is a very big scam never use applianceappointment Nor flex appointment or Speedy applianceappointment anything that has to do with the thert party company that connects you to Appliance technicians

Scam Beware! This company is a scam. They send someone to your home, take the fee for visit and then never respond. I currently have a case opened with the Better Business Bureau. Shame on me for not reading these reviews prior.

I use to work for this company and… I use to work for this company and thought they were okay before. But now there is some females running it that are straight up unprofessional and think they are gods gift to earth but cant even treat people with respect. The girls are insecure and wont work with another company that is female owned and they lied to me multiple times and refused to call me back and the manager got on the phone and said im so sorry for what happened and then did the same thing they did. To say the least this company is unqualified to be up and running currently. Don't waste your money or time. They are a complete joke. I know the ins and outs when it comes to appliances and this company is not to be trusted. At all!!!!!!!! The girl's who run it are females that have no clue how to make real money.
