Rude, pushy This company has been calling my office every day for the past week, they refuse to take no for an answer, they all have off shore accents. They refuse to put my company on their do not call list. If what they offer is so great, companies like mine would be rushing to do business with them. They told me they had called 5 appliance companies in my area this morning and nobody would work with them. I feel sorry for the customer who uses these guys for a referral to a repair company because there is a good chance they are going to get a fly by night servicer who does not have longevity in this business and does not understand the cost of doing business.

This company called me first time asking to join their website. I said not interested. Two days later they called again. Same thing, due to their policy it was not in my interest paying $20 per call if they not guarantee customer appointment. Three days later they called third time saying they will not charge if service not provided. I open an account they get my credit card. Few days later get four calls. One of them was scheduled, three were phone conversation without scheduling an appointments due to asking an advice. I was charged $80 for nothing. Many people call through their website because company market their business on top of google search results. But it's not always end up on scheduling a service. Called their customer service who refused to refund money based on their policy that was different when their agent soliciting business from me.

Bad customer service these guys are… Bad customer service these guys are horrible at keeping track of old Kohl's they keep on charging my credit card over and over for service that they never provided I would never recommend going to them if you need appliance repair my device go directly to Appliance companies not a third company like they are this is a big scam never use them once again this is a very big scam never use applianceappointment Nor flex appointment or Speedy applianceappointment anything that has to do with the thert party company that connects you to Appliance technicians

They bill you for calls that are totally irrelevant to you industry!! This company is untrustworthy!! They have a bunch of salespeople call you and totally mislead you on how great they are and how they will take care of calls you're billed for that are not legitimate calls with just a simple phone call to your sales rep.. What a LIE! The sales rep is no longer with the company and I am stuck paying for 10 calls and only 5 were legit calls. Come to find out it has to meet certain criteria which was not what I was told. I was told to call my rep and she would work with me, now shes no longer with the company. SMALL BUSINESS BEWARE, THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!

This is a joke This is a joke, I asked to be removed they tell me they do not have a list and hang up. I call back again they start telling me about the service till I say remove then hang up. They are a waste of time, lets call and spam them.
