Beware...Stay Far Away Beware! I used this company for a while and already had some web search engine advertising that I pay for, somehow applianceappointment.com put their phone numbers all over my existing advertising. I know that sounds impossible but it happened to me, stay far away from this company they will also charge you for calls and voicemails not even pertaining to your business! If you fell for them make sure you check your search engine sites and get them corrected, cause they sure wont help you get it back to the way it was. This company really needs a lawsuit against them!

Does tricky business, read this first On top of all reviews said about tricky business that appliance appointment does I want to add my short experience. This company called me first time asking to join their website. I said not interested. Two days later they called again. Same thing, due to their policy it was not in my interest paying $20 per call if they not guarantee customer appointment. Three days later they called third time saying they will not charge if service not provided. I open an account they get my credit card. Few days later get four calls. One of them was scheduled, three were phone conversation without scheduling an appointments due to asking an advice. I was charged $80 for nothing. Many people call through their website because company market their business on top of google search results. But it's not always end up on scheduling a service. Called their customer service who refused to refund money based on their policy that was different when their agent soliciting business from me.

Rude, pushy This company has been calling my office every day for the past week, they refuse to take no for an answer, they all have off shore accents. They refuse to put my company on their do not call list. If what they offer is so great, companies like mine would be rushing to do business with them. They told me they had called 5 appliance companies in my area this morning and nobody would work with them. I feel sorry for the customer who uses these guys for a referral to a repair company because there is a good chance they are going to get a fly by night servicer who does not have longevity in this business and does not understand the cost of doing business.

WORST COMPANY EVER Had issues with the service and most of the time did not get the issues resolved. Was going through the process of reviewing my problems with receiving calls and they just charged my account regardless of what the circumstances were. They told me that most my card would be billed was 250 at a time, did not know that would be weekly!!! Then the last charge was over $500. I can take the good with the bad, but when was this supposed to be good???
