USSome delays… Never answered phone so took advantage of email and chat, receiving repeated replies of manufacturing delays. Apparently rep. wasn't knowledgeable in shipping methods or tracking, claiming it shipped regular mail but was actually shipped fedex. Eventually, company claimed a wrong address delivery issue, recovery, and redelivery. Still unsure which response was based on fact, in any event product was eventually received as described.
