GBPoor fit Poor fit. Dresses are normally top big on top n tight at bottom… is it really a Uk size18. I’ve taken to tailor for adjustments as I need it in a couple of days time

GBI wish you guys you could have put a… I wish you guys you could have put a zero start. I could have put a fat zero start. I bought my dress some 4 weeks ago and delivery date was after a week. Apart from confirmation of the item I bought there is zero communication with me. Went on their website and used the chats, only twice I was responded and promised that I was going to receive my item last week. From Friday I have been sending messages Von chats and no one is responding. I have shoot them and I am going to share with other customers. I have learnt I needed to reviews before using a website IAM sure of. Paid my money but not sure I will get the item, was meant to put it for a part which is this weekend. It's a shame there not reliable and don't communicate with customers. Treat customer as ino humansI am so hurt

GBWorst experience ever The dress was too small, wrote to enquire about exchange for a bigger size, got no reply, wrote again and again, totally ignored, still stuck with a dress I can't wear, money gone . Worst experience ever!
