GBVery unhappy with the customer service Very unhappy with the customer service. I ordered a dress 2 weeks before my wedding. I contacted the comonqy and was told it should arrive before the end of the week dress never came. I called their London brunch and explained to them that it was my wedding dress and I needbit to arrive ontime. The lady said she will post it on Monday for next day delivery which she never did I called and messaged tirelessly eith no response. She answered me on Tuesday and said she has posted it and it will arrive on Wednesday morning it is 1400 Wednesday the dress has not arrived and my wedding is today soo disappointed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE SHOPPING FOR IMPORTANT EVENTS IT WONT ARRIVE ON TIME AND THEIR COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE THEY DONT REPLY IM SOO ANGRY. SHE ASKED ME TO SEND THE DRESS BACK FOR A REFUND HOW CAN I SEND IT BACK WHEN IT HASNT EVEN ARRIVED

GBDress arrived after 7 days Dress arrived after 7 days. Was not true to size. Big and I had to this altered as this was for an event that week. If dress had arrived before 5-7 days I could have sent back for another smaller size.

GBLate shipping and poor sizing Ordered a dress and took over a month to arrive, only for the dress not to fit. I ordered in my normal size and it must have been at least 1 or 2 dress sizes smaller. There is also a no returns policy which makes my situation more infuriating. Will not be purcashing from them again

GBThe dress is beautiful The dress is beautiful, although too tight on the top part. Since they didn't have my measurements l forgive them. I think the dress would have been excellent if l gave them my accurate measurements. On that note l give them 8 out 10.
