Dress arrived after 7 days Dress arrived after 7 days. Was not true to size. Big and I had to this altered as this was for an event that week. If dress had arrived before 5-7 days I could have sent back for another smaller size.

Worst company I've ever ordered from! This company is not based in London, it is actually in Nigeria (look at the address for where you have to post items if returning them ), so don't waste your money ordering from them. Delivery is advertised as between 5-10 days. I waited for over a month for my delivery, the order finally came and it didn't even fit. I was partially refunded for the dress (50% refund). They did ask me to retract my review for that refund, but I could not, I have to be honest. Terrible shopping experience.

The items were lovely and well made The items were lovely and well made. However the communication from the company is excruciatingly poor. Text email, even WhatsApp is ridiculous to try and get hold of someone and get a reply.

The dress is beautiful The dress is beautiful, although too tight on the top part. Since they didn't have my measurements l forgive them. I think the dress would have been excellent if l gave them my accurate measurements. On that note l give them 8 out 10.

This company don’t reply to messages This company don’t reply to messages, they say shipping is 3-5 days when I waited for my item for over a month and a half later. Once it arrive even though I wanted to complain the product was beautiful! Wonderfully made. Frustrated with the wait and wanted to return but once I tried it on I could.
