Beautiful selection good prices Beautiful selection good prices and fast delivery. The rug is even prettier in person! The touch of it is rich and cozy.

Generally excellent On the whole, I received prompt responses to my queries and helpful advice on how to return my rug. It's hard to get an accurate fix on colours via digital images and I'm very fussy about colour, so it wasn't quite what I wanted. They were very helpful with detailed information on how to return the rug but have been slow to confirm that I'll be getting a full refund.

Fantastic company Fantastic company. Speedy delivery of beautifully packaged product. Customer service in case of difficulty of any kind is absolutely outstanding. Could not ask for a better seller. A-one!

Beautiful rug I've bought several wool rugs from eCarpet, and all of them are well-made and exactly like the photos. In fact, the most recent one I bought is even prettier than depicted, as the background color changes subtly with the light. I can't stop admiring it. (The only problem is that I'm running out of rooms for new rugs.) In addition, I feel secure when I purchase from this company, as I know I will receive a beautiful, durable wool carpet that never needs airing in advance and is shipped and delivered quickly to my door.

My rug is beautiful My rug is beautiful! It appeared to be waiting for FedEx to pickup for almost a week. Alexander was fantastic and got it out immediately after I called. After that, I received it quickly. So VERY HAPPY with my rug!
