GBI would never purchase another plant I have tried bought 4 plants from easyplant and out of 4 only 1 made it to my front door healthy. The other 3 were half dead. The last one they would not replace which is concerning because it goes against what they claim. Needless to say I will never purchase another plant from this company. The last plant I ordered is still struggling. I called the day I received it and was told to give it a month. It’s been over a month and it’s still not thriving.

GBHome Garden Made Easy Easyplant truly created a whole new home garden experience for me. In the past I have so much trouble keeping my green friends alive and I feel so bad. Easyplant with their helpful step-by-step guide and straightfoward guided diagrams make everything very clear!

GBExcellent Customer Service We bought $700 worth of plants-- they add up quick-- and this business has been so helpful throughout the process. My favorite part is that they are available at odd hours when you have a question about your plant (browning leaves, soil issues, etc.) One employee even offered to replace a plant for free because it had gone into shock after being shipped.

GBMy pot arrived with a hairline crack My pot arrived with a hairline crack. I chatted on line with customer service. After I sent pictures, customer service quickly agreed to send out a new plant to me. Customer service was great! I would have given a 5 star rating except that at 74 years old, I would prefer calling rather than chatting online. Also I have not yet received the replacement plant; therefore, some unknowns remain. Generally, I am impressed with easy plant and their service.
