I love that I only have to water these about once a month since I travel a lot, and they have flourished and look beautiful in my home. When I did encounter a quality issue (not surprising when shipping live plants in the mail), customer service responded promptly and went way above and beyond to take care of me. They stand behind their products and I’m a customer for life.

Outstanding service and gorgeous high… Outstanding service and gorgeous high quality product! I spaced out and mailed this get well gift to myself instead of to my friend after her hospital stay. I felt so dumb and sad about my error. Easy Plant told me not to worry, that they would send a replacement plant to my friend, and told me to keep this one! (I actually teared up) The plant, the planter and the whole watering system are beautiful! I will always use and recommend this company. It is quite rare to experience such amazing customer service!
