Love having beautiful plants that are easy to maintain All the plants I received from EasyPlant were well packaged and looked as pictured. I love the convenience of the water reservoir, which makes the plants so much easier to maintain.

I would never purchase another plant I have tried bought 4 plants from easyplant and out of 4 only 1 made it to my front door healthy. The other 3 were half dead. The last one they would not replace which is concerning because it goes against what they claim. Needless to say I will never purchase another plant from this company. The last plant I ordered is still struggling. I called the day I received it and was told to give it a month. It’s been over a month and it’s still not thriving.

Great plants, Excellent customer service These plants are excellent, and the company customer service is top notch. I love that I only have to water these about once a month since I travel a lot, and they have flourished and look beautiful in my home. When I did encounter a quality issue (not surprising when shipping live plants in the mail), customer service responded promptly and went way above and beyond to take care of me. They stand behind their products and I’m a customer for life.

I felt so dumb and sad about my error. Easy Plant told me not to worry, that they would send a replacement plant to my friend, and told me to keep this one! (I actually teared up) The plant, the planter and the whole watering system are beautiful! I will always use and recommend this company. It is quite rare to experience such amazing customer service!

Informative and easy! I went searching for the perfect house plant, or at least something close to it. My friend and office mate recommended Easyplant. After browsing the web a bit and reading up on plant options there seemed nothing more convenient. The watering system is excellent and the true reason to purchase from Easyplant. However, it is worth mentioning their website and how they present plant care information. The perfect plant is one that can fit your needs. They’ve taken care of the watering which can be an easily forgotten step. My next concerns were light and cats. I was able to easily navigate the pet friendly options and upon viewing each plant’s webpage I found which one’s liked sunny windows. It might seem like a minor feature, but I greatly valued how easy it was to find what worked for me. My cats won’t get sick when they inevitably chew the leaves and it’ll thrive in the sunshine, a perfect plant for sure!
