GBHighly recommend!! I have been so impressed with this company. I can't keep plants alive. I bought a bundle and an extra small one. All the plants were great except one. Customer service tried their hardest to help me. Nothing could save the plant. Easily replaced it. The replacement didn't make it either. It was past the warranty but they were so very nice to replace it too. Got a totally different large plant and I love it. Best customer service!!!! Highly recommend!!! đŸ¥°

GBI would never purchase another plant I have tried bought 4 plants from easyplant and out of 4 only 1 made it to my front door healthy. The other 3 were half dead. The last one they would not replace which is concerning because it goes against what they claim. Needless to say I will never purchase another plant from this company. The last plant I ordered is still struggling. I called the day I received it and was told to give it a month. It’s been over a month and it’s still not thriving.

GBLove Abe, my new money plant! The plants are healthy and the pots are lovely. It's a great system--so far! He named Abe because Ben and Ulysses already exist. So far they've gotten me lots of money! (Really!)

GBMy pot arrived with a hairline crack My pot arrived with a hairline crack. I chatted on line with customer service. After I sent pictures, customer service quickly agreed to send out a new plant to me. Customer service was great! I would have given a 5 star rating except that at 74 years old, I would prefer calling rather than chatting online. Also I have not yet received the replacement plant; therefore, some unknowns remain. Generally, I am impressed with easy plant and their service.
