Great service over the phone Great service over the phone. I had two vertically cracked clay tiles in my chimney and wanted a quick and long last way to fix them. Talked with a great sales rep that knew his stuff and even called back on a saturday after I left a message with a measurement I initially forgot to take. Package came quickly, 2-3 business days with all the fittings that were recommended. Install seemed to go great with no issues from the installer.
