The only issue I had was that they got my name wrong on the order. They mixed up my email address with my name. I got it straightened out before the delivery.

Kit arrived very promptly and directions were straightforward. Worse part was trying not to get the sticky stuff on you as we installed the insulation wrap....but that was us not it.
