Great mattress and service We had great service, the mattress arrived on time, the sheets were cool and comfortable, and the mattress is as good as our previous BedInaBox. We've had very comfortable sleep for the last 3 months.

Toppers are a waste of money I've had a mattress from bedinabox prior but needed to go to a different type of mattress. It was too firm so who better to get a topper from, right? WRONG!!! Toppers are advertised to enhance the sleep experience and with their cool foam. I weigh 225 lbs and at first the topper is comfortable but you sink right in, limbs fall asleep and the "cooling" is nonexistant. Customer service basically told me to deal with it. For that level of service buy something that costs under $100 from amazon!

I LOVE this mattress I LOVE this mattress. I stayed the weekend at my aunt's house and she had a BedInaBox mattress. The mattress I had was only a few months old, but I was still waking up with some pain. After one night on my aunt's spare mattress I had zero pain and I had to have one. To top things off, I had to contact customer service before the mattress even arrived because FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. Their customer service representatives are also wonderful!

In purchasing my 4th Bed in a box mattress I was purchasing my 4th mattress from “Bed in a Box 📦 “ I originally chose this company years ago because of the simple plain spoken advertisement no fluffy come on just open honest statements about their products. I was so impressed I decided to take a chance on them. I’m so lucky I did we have had almost Thirty years of wonderful comfortable rest. Now 4 mattresses later I’m happy to say I am still sleeping comfortably and waking fully rested on my beautiful Bed in a box 📦 mattress. It just doesn’t get any better than this. Try it I know you are going to be a loyal customer with myself and bed in a 📦 for many years to come.

Love this mattress I had a new hybrid mattress for about 4 months that had a 12 month return policy. I was unhappy with how soft it was despite being represented as medium firm but kept it as long as I did because finding a comfortable replacement at my price point was difficult . Then I slept on a BedInABox mattress at my son’s home during a visit. I had never even heard of the brand, but that was it for me. I arranged the return of my soft mattress and ordered a BedInABox shortly after. What any potential buyer should know: The original is a firm memory foam mattress with a regular price of $700 for the queen size. I was fortunate to get it on sale for $550 + tax, free shipping. It arrived 5 days after my order, was easily unwrapped with the help of my spouse (weighs ~85 lb) and I slept on it that same night. I sleep hot, and there is no cooling effect, but comfort outweighs any temperature negative. I weigh ~140 lb, sleep on my side or back. Since my purchase, I’ve been telling people about my great new mattress, and two different people told me they have the same mattress and love it. I will write a review only for things at either end of the spectrum, awful or fantastic. This mattress qualifies—comfort and price.
