Love this mattress I had a new hybrid mattress for about 4 months that had a 12 month return policy. I was unhappy with how soft it was despite being represented as medium firm but kept it as long as I did because finding a comfortable replacement at my price point was difficult . Then I slept on a BedInABox mattress at my son’s home during a visit. I had never even heard of the brand, but that was it for me. I arranged the return of my soft mattress and ordered a BedInABox shortly after. What any potential buyer should know: The original is a firm memory foam mattress with a regular price of $700 for the queen size. I was fortunate to get it on sale for $550 + tax, free shipping. It arrived 5 days after my order, was easily unwrapped with the help of my spouse (weighs ~85 lb) and I slept on it that same night. I sleep hot, and there is no cooling effect, but comfort outweighs any temperature negative. I weigh ~140 lb, sleep on my side or back. Since my purchase, I’ve been telling people about my great new mattress, and two different people told me they have the same mattress and love it. I will write a review only for things at either end of the spectrum, awful or fantastic. This mattress qualifies—comfort and price.

Time for a new bed! I called BedInABox and got very good information and advice about one of their mattresses that would solve my sleeping problems. I ordered it and it arrived several days ago. My third BedInABox mattress: huge fan! This is my third BedInABox mattress, and I will never buy from another company! Excellent quality at a fair price. Customer service from friendly, knowledgeable people who obviously love their products and want you to be happy with your purchase. My first mattress I handed down to my daughter, my second I sold because I was downsizing to the Queen I just bought. This has been in the span of over 15 years, mind you. Love the 20 year warranty and that it’s made in the USA. No off-gassing and ready to sleep on in a jiffy. It is moderately firm, yet cradles your body: absolutely supportive without pressure points. Reliably excellent sleep night after night.

I will always buy my mattress from them unless they start manufacturing somewhere else but so far everything is made in the US including raw materials , I just bought an azul (2023) and it’s an amazing mattress . Any other company is just a copy .
