GBEXCELLENT!!!!! His name is Paul at the Lombard, Illinois location.The salesman The salesman, Paul, came over, greeted us, located what we needed, explained the merchandise. The total experience was great. The only thing I was disappointed about the delivery date at the end of June. Graduation brings out of town guest and I was hoping I would have my bed, mattresses, etc. by May 20th, but I have to wait until June 27th. Bummer! Other than that, I was pleased and will return to purchase more furniture, and tell others about this location. Thank you.

GBNo pressure or stalking :) It's important for salespeople to be able to "read the room". I know there are internal procedures but timing is most important and when the time is right to approach buyers...that's when you initiate procedures. Checking out is cumbersome...might consider streamlining this process.
