I spent $10,000 in a number of years at… I spent $10,000 in a number of years at the Room Place my $450 credit expired by a few months I tried to apply it to a $1600 dining room set for a gift. The credit was not available. The sale was not completed I understand there’s rules and would be nice if you’d reinstate the credit so I could follow through with the purchase for a gift for my daughter and her husband

Set up delivery to local store Set up delivery to local store. Merchandise was suppose to be boxed. Was put together and damaged. Then told me they did me a favor by having it brought to local store. Regardless I was a customer still purchasing from the store.

Overall Experience was great! The overall experience from beginning to end was really great. The sales personnel (Jim and Brian in Rockford) we helpful, patient and accommodating. The delivery by Jose was timely and communication was great on timing of delivery!

EXCELLENT!!!!! His name is Paul at the Lombard, Illinois location.The salesman The salesman, Paul, came over, greeted us, located what we needed, explained the merchandise. The total experience was great. The only thing I was disappointed about the delivery date at the end of June. Graduation brings out of town guest and I was hoping I would have my bed, mattresses, etc. by May 20th, but I have to wait until June 27th. Bummer! Other than that, I was pleased and will return to purchase more furniture, and tell others about this location. Thank you.
