I spent $10,000 in a number of years at… I spent $10,000 in a number of years at the Room Place my $450 credit expired by a few months I tried to apply it to a $1600 dining room set for a gift. The credit was not available. The sale was not completed I understand there’s rules and would be nice if you’d reinstate the credit so I could follow through with the purchase for a gift for my daughter and her husband

George our sales was great. George our sales representative was very nice and understanding. He listened to what we needed originally. He introduced us to Steve the manager who also worked well well with us. We went in to the store to buy a kitchen set. We left with buying that kitchen set, and also buying a recliner and 2 couches. It was a pleasure shopping there.

We never felt rushed We never felt rushed, although we knew the goal for each sales associate is to sell. All questions were answered, and we weren't pushed into purchasing more.
