I explained about my desire to find a TV Console he listened to what I was looking for and took me over to view some. After my viewing the one I liked he explained in detail how it would meet the needs for what I wanted. I shared with him how I had considered Wayfair but decided that I would go to a store for a better experience, which is what I got, only it was an amazing one. He wend above and beyond my expectations. Because of Valentin I will consider coming back to The Room Place for any future items I want to purchase. I give Valentin 5 STARS I highly recommend him for a higher position as he is a valued asset you don't want to loss.

GBI spent $10,000 in a number of years at… I spent $10,000 in a number of years at the Room Place my $450 credit expired by a few months I tried to apply it to a $1600 dining room set for a gift. The credit was not available. The sale was not completed I understand there’s rules and would be nice if you’d reinstate the credit so I could follow through with the purchase for a gift for my daughter and her husband
