Great customer service Edna my sales person was so nice I have been shopping for a couch and every other place I went to had subpar customer service. I went in knowing what I wanted she didn’t hassle me or upsell anything I didn’t need. Maria was also very kind and sweet she was very personable.

EXCELLENT!!!!! His name is Paul at the Lombard, Illinois location.The salesman The salesman, Paul, came over, greeted us, located what we needed, explained the merchandise. The total experience was great. The only thing I was disappointed about the delivery date at the end of June. Graduation brings out of town guest and I was hoping I would have my bed, mattresses, etc. by May 20th, but I have to wait until June 27th. Bummer! Other than that, I was pleased and will return to purchase more furniture, and tell others about this location. Thank you.
