So far So far, things are great. Before purchasing, I reached out to Hostwinds and asked several questions about features and functionality. They were all answered professionally, so I moved forward. I just left Hostblast due to poor communication and unpleasant surprises. I'm gladd to see that Hostwinds is on top of things.

Very cheap vps, great customer service I love it, they provide very cheap VPS servers, fast support, and there is no catch. Definitely would recommend, other services are pretty much a scam compared to Hostwinds.

I never imagined I would care about customer support for a website but when I'm trying to keep my website up without working on it, it's so nice to be able to tell them to complete the technical part and the site gets going little or no time input on my part. Also, their techs are available all the time, so I don't waste time getting through AI to get to a human being.
