You make an amazing quality product!! Well worth the cost!! I love it. The picture is a depiction of my in-Laws. I gave it to my wife as early an early Mother’s Day gift. Early, because she is battling cancer for the fourth time and now it’s in her vertebrae.. She just finished Radiation Treatment on Friday which knocked her for a loop and I wanted to make her feel much better.. My wife sobbed when she was given the boxes and opened them. My wife absolutely loves the heart containing the 3D depiction of her mom and dad who are both gone now. Thank you for such a beautiful work of art you produced. It’s an amazing product and a tremendous gift!! We will recommend you company to our family and friends!!!

USColor lighter than expected We really like the piece we chose. Our furbaby is a black Lab but her photo appears somewhat faded. We hoped she would show her true black. No response from company regarding issue. Do not recommend this company, especially considering the price of the piece.

USBEWARE! Horriblet 0/5 BEWARE! 0/5 *** THE COMPANY RESPONSE IS A LIE*** I was dissatisfied with the Crystal. After many email exchanges with their support, a “manager” finally offered to replace it and do it right. I submitted a larger picture (which they should have used the first time), and added engraving. I paid for the light base which they did not send the first time and now they are claiming it was my mistake. Unprofessional, unethical. I didn’t forget to add anything on the order - they just made a terrible product, They shrank the image so small that it was lost in the crystal and barely visible. They didn’t include the base that I paid for and refuse to fix their mistake or offer a refund. There is no phone number and their “customer support” is only via email. HUGE RED FLAG. This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. They won’t fix their mistake and they refuse to refund me. ALSO, DON’T BELIEVE THE WEBSITE - there is no “30-day return” and no “guaranteed satisfaction”. From their website in their own words: “We want you to love your crystals. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. If anything in your crystal doesn't meet your expectations, we'll make it right” Well, they refuse to “make it right” .. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL. Also, THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE look fake because the finished product LOOKS NOTHING LIKE the pictures on the website. They must use enhanced photos to make the crystal look like a real photo; it doesn’t. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

USWe purchased a MasterPics 3D item in… We purchased a MasterPics 3D item in December then in February or March we purchased another MasterPics 3D item this time with the base for the same member. After receiving the second purchase our member decided she wanted a lighted base for her original MasterPics 3D purchase. Well, I placed the order and inadvertently ordered the incorrect size base. I reached out to Wendy who had assisted me with our second purchase, and she responded quickly and even went so far as to send me a link to ensure I purchased the correct size lighted base for our original order. Wendy is a true asset to MasterPics 3D, she is efficient, and goes the extra mile for your customers. We were able to keep our member happy thanks to the wonderful customer service received from Wendy.
