The rug was shipped FedEx freight. There was one person, just the driver, and she couldn’t manage the 90 lb rug. Was left on my driveway Fortunately I was there and managed to roll it into my driveway.

I did place and order but had to cancel it as I needed wider runners, but because of Lindsay's customer service, I will be back. I came across their website by accident, but I'm sure glad I found them.
