GBI was so happy to find this carpet… I was so happy to find this carpet runner that matches my large area rug, because it has been discontinued and was not available elsewhere. I'm always wary of ordering online from a company I don't know, but I'm so glad I took a chance on PlushRugs! The website was easy to use, and ordering went smoothly. Email updates on the status of my order were timely, and delivery was easy and prompt. Best of all was the great sale price!

GBWe did not get updated shipping… We did not get updated shipping information until after the item already arrived. By the time we got an email that it had shipped, it had actually already been delivered. When we rushed to check the mail room the rug had already been stolen. This was not a cheap item and we are beyond disappointed.
