Adam contacted me because he had a suggestion I had overlooked. (Companies actually do stuff like this?) I am so used to NOT getting good customer service that when I do I am so grateful! We were missing one set of screws for a Roman shade and the customer service —-who responded to my email very quickly —had it overnighted!! I purchased drapes, Roman shades and woven shades. I will buy again soon for other rooms.
