My experience with Everhem was WONDERFUL. We will be back! My experience with Everhem was wonderful start to finish. The quality of the service and the product is top notch. We had shades and drapes put in and also a couple existing shades fixed. They were so responsive and helpful through the whole experience. We love how everything turned out, lightened and transformed our rooms. Thank you!

I previously wrote a 5 star review… I previously wrote a 5 star review almost exactly 1 year ago. At the time of that review, the curtains were beautiful, easy to hang, and their customer service was amazing. Fast forward to 1 year later and these curtains have been a headache. They are still beautiful and the actual curtains have held up wonderfully. But the hardware and installation are terrible. In the past year, we have needed to have them reinstalled twice and there are now huge holes in our walls. The problem is that the blackout curtains are extremely heavy and the anchors they provide are not sufficient for drywall. They would work well if you had the sheer curtains, but the blackout curtains are too heavy and have caused damage to our walls. They should come with better anchors or we should be advised to install them in studs only. The drywall can't handle the weight of the blackout curtains. We can't shift the curtains to install them in drywall because they are a fixed length.

Everhem is everything BUT a (window) pane. Perfection! My only complaint is I cant give more than 5 stars. Beyond expectations of service, knowledge and ease. The CEOs patience, design expertise and incredibly easy and programmed site, made our custom order just as simple as any other checkout process. With a big purchase comes decisions and Everhem was there every step along the way. The only place to be nice and shade-y is EVERHEM.

Love my new shades! The woven wood shades were easy to install, operate beautifully, and look gorgeous. I ordered them in seashell with privacy lining. The color is light enough to keep the room looking bright but still brings in some warmth. The lining gives us privacy at night while still allowing light through during the day.
