GBVery impressed! Everhem was wonderful to work with! When we made a mistake choosing a mount for our shades on our French doors, they caught it and emailed me to suggest an alternative mount. Then, they FaceTimed to show me exactly how to measure for the new mount. The customer service and the responsiveness was amazing! I highly recommend working with them.

GBIncredibly overpriced I have 10 windows. I did a virtual consultation with my measurements for Everhem. They sent me a quote for rods and drapes and it came out to $9200. It has fine print that says we are responsible for all measurements and this is final sale. They are charging 2-3x what anyone else does, for less service (virtual, not in home measuring) and placing the blame on the consumer for doing Everhem’s job. This company has to be a scam, or at best, an overprice money grab on Instagram. I would contact local window treatment companies or Lowes or Home Depot. If you want to spend a small car’s worth of money on curtains, your choice.

GBCustomer Service Just ordered two Roman shades: 1. Couldn’t believe how easy the ordering process was. 2. My 10% off coupon didn’t work, but it was fixed immediately. 3. Adam contacted me because he had a suggestion I had overlooked. (Companies actually do stuff like this?) I am so used to NOT getting good customer service that when I do I am so grateful! Five stars so far!

GBGreat customer service, but need better packaging The headrail was broken on the woven wood shade I received, so customer support sent me a pre-paid shipping label, I returned the shade, and about 3 weeks later I received the repaired shade. (which looks great) Better packaging is needed to protect the product inside the box (the box had clearly been dropped at some point). But customer service was good. Thus, 4 stars.
