USEmail notification automation needs some work. The website itself was easy to navigate, and the product purchase process was really smooth. Afterwards, I received no confirmation email, and no response to the initial email I sent through the help line. After my second inquiry around the shipping info a month later, someone from the team finally shared the tracking number... not a great user experience. The email automation backend clearly needs some work as the site continues to grow.

USVery impressed! Everhem was wonderful to work with! When we made a mistake choosing a mount for our shades on our French doors, they caught it and emailed me to suggest an alternative mount. Then, they FaceTimed to show me exactly how to measure for the new mount. The customer service and the responsiveness was amazing! I highly recommend working with them.

USCustomer Service Just ordered two Roman shades: 1. Couldn’t believe how easy the ordering process was. 2. My 10% off coupon didn’t work, but it was fixed immediately. 3. Adam contacted me because he had a suggestion I had overlooked. (Companies actually do stuff like this?) I am so used to NOT getting good customer service that when I do I am so grateful! Five stars so far!

USEverhem is everything BUT a (window) pane. Perfection! My only complaint is I cant give more than 5 stars. Beyond expectations of service, knowledge and ease. The CEOs patience, design expertise and incredibly easy and programmed site, made our custom order just as simple as any other checkout process. With a big purchase comes decisions and Everhem was there every step along the way. The only place to be nice and shade-y is EVERHEM.
