GBVery impressed! Everhem was wonderful to work with! When we made a mistake choosing a mount for our shades on our French doors, they caught it and emailed me to suggest an alternative mount. Then, they FaceTimed to show me exactly how to measure for the new mount. The customer service and the responsiveness was amazing! I highly recommend working with them.

GBIncredibly overpriced I have 10 windows. I did a virtual consultation with my measurements for Everhem. They sent me a quote for rods and drapes and it came out to $9200. It has fine print that says we are responsible for all measurements and this is final sale. They are charging 2-3x what anyone else does, for less service (virtual, not in home measuring) and placing the blame on the consumer for doing Everhem’s job. This company has to be a scam, or at best, an overprice money grab on Instagram. I would contact local window treatment companies or Lowes or Home Depot. If you want to spend a small car’s worth of money on curtains, your choice.

GBI own a high end real estate… I own a high end real estate development company building large homes in Los Angeles. Everhem is our go to source for window and door openings. Product, speed and install is seamless.

GBEverhem is a dream to work with Everhem was a dream to work with. When we bought our first house, I was dreading the process of figuring out window treatments, but Everhem made everything so easy and wonderful. The customer service is truly above and beyond, and the entire team is so kind, helpful, and caring. I've recommended Everhem to several friends who are now also happy customers. Don't hesitate - you're in excellent hands with Everhem! Thank you so much for helping me make my windows gorgeous!

GBI previously wrote a 5 star review… I previously wrote a 5 star review almost exactly 1 year ago. At the time of that review, the curtains were beautiful, easy to hang, and their customer service was amazing. Fast forward to 1 year later and these curtains have been a headache. They are still beautiful and the actual curtains have held up wonderfully. But the hardware and installation are terrible. In the past year, we have needed to have them reinstalled twice and there are now huge holes in our walls. The problem is that the blackout curtains are extremely heavy and the anchors they provide are not sufficient for drywall. They would work well if you had the sheer curtains, but the blackout curtains are too heavy and have caused damage to our walls. They should come with better anchors or we should be advised to install them in studs only. The drywall can't handle the weight of the blackout curtains. We can't shift the curtains to install them in drywall because they are a fixed length.
