Incredibly overpriced I have 10 windows. I did a virtual consultation with my measurements for Everhem. They sent me a quote for rods and drapes and it came out to $9200. It has fine print that says we are responsible for all measurements and this is final sale. They are charging 2-3x what anyone else does, for less service (virtual, not in home measuring) and placing the blame on the consumer for doing Everhem’s job. This company has to be a scam, or at best, an overprice money grab on Instagram. I would contact local window treatment companies or Lowes or Home Depot. If you want to spend a small car’s worth of money on curtains, your choice.

Everhem is everything BUT a (window) pane. Perfection! My only complaint is I cant give more than 5 stars. Beyond expectations of service, knowledge and ease. The CEOs patience, design expertise and incredibly easy and programmed site, made our custom order just as simple as any other checkout process. With a big purchase comes decisions and Everhem was there every step along the way. The only place to be nice and shade-y is EVERHEM.

Great customer service, but need better packaging The headrail was broken on the woven wood shade I received, so customer support sent me a pre-paid shipping label, I returned the shade, and about 3 weeks later I received the repaired shade. (which looks great) Better packaging is needed to protect the product inside the box (the box had clearly been dropped at some point). But customer service was good. Thus, 4 stars.

The whole process went smoothly and the… The whole process went smoothly and the quality of the products is great! We were missing one set of screws for a Roman shade and the customer service —-who responded to my email very quickly —had it overnighted!! I purchased drapes, Roman shades and woven shades. I will buy again soon for other rooms.

Love my woven shades! Everhem has been so wonderful and helpful. They helped guide me with measurements and what would look best with my windows. I wasn’t able to do an inside mount shade with my windows due to the casings around my window, but they helped me get a perfect measurement to make my outside mount woven shades look like inside mount woven shades. They look beautiful!
