Called and ordered bed Called and ordered bed. Sales manager was very helpful and great. The only problem after was not contacted again about service again. Bed says it was in process. Shipper called the day it was delivered. Did not have any notice. Before that. Everything else was great. Set up very easy,well packaged. Nothing to assemble except for the screw in legs. Bed is great. Don't take long to find your comfort zone.

4 year review We have had our bed for several years and now, and love it. The one issue with the bed is it ruins your sleeping when you travel because you compare every bed to your bed at home. I have returned to buy pillows and extra layers for my bed and the customer service is always great to deal with. I have recommended this bed to there and have other family that are purchasing a bed for themselves. My only regret is that I didn’t go king sized with the adjustable base. One day when I decide to upgrade, you can bet that it will be a king sized, adjustable bed from Personal Comfort.

Better product than Sleep Number Better product than Sleep Number, you can buy replacement tops or upgrades, downgrades without buying a new mattress. Our R13 - Flex-Head King and Power-Flex 2 gave us everything we needed, and even made extra curricular fun even better. Dial it in baby !!

Pieces missing from order. Pieces missing from order.. Called and left message and never received a call back... Headboard predrilled holes didn't line up.. Don't even think we received the right bed.. Oh well, live and learn.. Will shop elsewhere and not recommend them..
