USGreat Experience !!!! The quoting and ordering process was very smooth! Delivery was made in 4 weeks, which is exactly what was quoted! We were pleasantly surprised when we unpacked the mattresses - they were already assembled! All we had to do was put them on the frames (Split King, Twin XL), connect the air lines, and pump the mattresses up! The combination of adjustable frames and mattresses have allowed my wife to sleep in the bed again, something she's not been able to do since her surgery for breast cancer! She's DEFINITELY a happy camper now!! And so am I (..happy wife, happy life.....) Thank You!!

USGreat service! Called about a warranty issue as one of the air chambers was losing air. The rep who answered the phone was great to work with, pulled up my account immediately and got the replacement air chamber out quickly.

USLonnie was a great help Lonnie was a great help, but someone in the shipping department did not follow through until Lonnie checked out as to why the shipment was not sent. If the order had been shipped sooner, this would have been a five star.

USService was friendly and delivery… Service was friendly and delivery pretty fast. I was a little disappointed in the pro-rated %. I've have my mattress 5 years and the new air bladder was pro-rated 50%. On a 25 year warranty, that seems a little out of proportion. I asked the service rep what the % proration would be at 20-25 years and he said 10%. That's so low it is practically insignificant, which in my mind makes the "25 year warranty" misleading. My 2 cents
