GBPieces missing from order. Pieces missing from order.. Called and left message and never received a call back... Headboard predrilled holes didn't line up.. Don't even think we received the right bed.. Oh well, live and learn.. Will shop elsewhere and not recommend them..

GBLonnie was a great help Lonnie was a great help, but someone in the shipping department did not follow through until Lonnie checked out as to why the shipment was not sent. If the order had been shipped sooner, this would have been a five star.

GBCalled and ordered bed Called and ordered bed. Sales manager was very helpful and great. The only problem after was not contacted again about service again. Bed says it was in process. Shipper called the day it was delivered. Did not have any notice. Before that. Everything else was great. Set up very easy,well packaged. Nothing to assemble except for the screw in legs. Bed is great. Don't take long to find your comfort zone.
