GBIt’s a lovely pelt, more scars than expected It’s a lovely pelt. It did advise on the website that being a natural item, you may find little marks, scars or branding on the rug. Mine has at least 5 scars, one being 15cm long. Poor cow. A bit more scarring than I had expected. Perhaps the cost reflects the scarring/blemishes… It did smell of “cow” for the first 4 days but this faded after that. I purchased from the menu that lets you choose the exact one. It would have helped to see the “scarred” areas or at least the largest obvious one, as a detailed screenshot. It arrived very quickly, in fact a day earlier, by DHL who kept me dutifully informed.

GBThis process couldn’t have gone better! This process couldn’t have gone better! Picked the hide from the photo, was exactly as pictured and super clean and well processed. It actually arrived three days before scheduled which worked out great as I could give it to my husband as an anniversary present the next day. Would highly recommend!

GBDecent quality, mediocre price, but know that returns aren’t easy Rug is decent but was not cheap so it should be; there’s a defect on the rug that wasn’t pictured online and I was in the process of moving when I ordered it (note: shipping took 2 weeks) so I wasn’t able to unroll the rug and really inspect it until 32 days later. They wouldn’t refund or exchange it, so don’t make the same mistake I made!

GBAbsolutely beautiful hides! Absolutely beautiful hides! They are supple and not stiff like a couple of hides that I purchased from other merchants. They are exactly as pictured on the website. I will be purchasing more in the future. Definitely worth the wait for the delivery from Columbia.

GBVery Pleased! Firstly let me say that this cowhide rug is gorgeous! I was a little nervous to order it, but I read through many reviews first and liked what was said. It is exactly the hide pictured and more beautiful in person. There are a few scars, as I expected from reading their information and reviews, but they are few, minor and don't stand out. In fact, I think that they lend an authentic vibe. I am very pleased and the shipping was pretty quick. Especially considering the hide came all the way from Colombia! I highly recommend Prime Cowhides!
