GBDecent quality, mediocre price, but know that returns aren’t easy Rug is decent but was not cheap so it should be; there’s a defect on the rug that wasn’t pictured online and I was in the process of moving when I ordered it (note: shipping took 2 weeks) so I wasn’t able to unroll the rug and really inspect it until 32 days later. They wouldn’t refund or exchange it, so don’t make the same mistake I made!

GBIt’s a lovely pelt, more scars than expected It’s a lovely pelt. It did advise on the website that being a natural item, you may find little marks, scars or branding on the rug. Mine has at least 5 scars, one being 15cm long. Poor cow. A bit more scarring than I had expected. Perhaps the cost reflects the scarring/blemishes… It did smell of “cow” for the first 4 days but this faded after that. I purchased from the menu that lets you choose the exact one. It would have helped to see the “scarred” areas or at least the largest obvious one, as a detailed screenshot. It arrived very quickly, in fact a day earlier, by DHL who kept me dutifully informed.

FRBuying a rug from them is like having a shedding cow in your living room I waited over a year before making this comment so that my anger would lessen. I bought my rug at the end of October 2022 following a recommendation from a friend. I wanted a lightgrey color and the customer service was great, very responsive to my requests until the rug was sent. After a month, black spots appeared and I contacted them with supporting photos because I was very surprised. No one responded to me until I opened a dispute through Paypal. And there, an ocean of bad faith (it's because you sit on the carpet...), an offer of $50 compensation for a $500 carpet, a clear refusal to exchange my carpet for the model similar to that of my friend (long hair) because the transport was too expensive. In short, poor quality, no after-sales service and hairs all over the house. Too bad we can no longer post photos to show you the carnage...

GBThis process couldn’t have gone better! This process couldn’t have gone better! Picked the hide from the photo, was exactly as pictured and super clean and well processed. It actually arrived three days before scheduled which worked out great as I could give it to my husband as an anniversary present the next day. Would highly recommend!

GBI had a fantastic experience I had a fantastic experience with them. Sadly the rug I ordered got lost in inventory, but they offered to send me another rug or a refund. Sadly I couldn’t find another rug that I liked at the moment but they refunded me very quickly. Will definitely keep an eye on the stock to find my dream rug one day soon and order it!
