GBDecent quality, mediocre price, but know that returns aren’t easy Rug is decent but was not cheap so it should be; there’s a defect on the rug that wasn’t pictured online and I was in the process of moving when I ordered it (note: shipping took 2 weeks) so I wasn’t able to unroll the rug and really inspect it until 32 days later. They wouldn’t refund or exchange it, so don’t make the same mistake I made!

GBI had a fantastic experience I had a fantastic experience with them. Sadly the rug I ordered got lost in inventory, but they offered to send me another rug or a refund. Sadly I couldn’t find another rug that I liked at the moment but they refunded me very quickly. Will definitely keep an eye on the stock to find my dream rug one day soon and order it!

GBDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Worst company to order from, do not waste your money. Some of the photos are fake and they will send you a complete opposite of what you select. The hides come with bald spots and are still dirty. Not only do I have all the screenshots but I also reported them to the BBB. I did not have it for a month. I emailed you all right after I received it and have the ETSY conversation to prove it too. DO NOT ORDER ITS A SCAM. Already disputed through my bank.

FRBuying a rug from them is like having a shedding cow in your living room I waited over a year before making this comment so that my anger would lessen. I bought my rug at the end of October 2022 following a recommendation from a friend. I wanted a lightgrey color and the customer service was great, very responsive to my requests until the rug was sent. After a month, black spots appeared and I contacted them with supporting photos because I was very surprised. No one responded to me until I opened a dispute through Paypal. And there, an ocean of bad faith (it's because you sit on the carpet...), an offer of $50 compensation for a $500 carpet, a clear refusal to exchange my carpet for the model similar to that of my friend (long hair) because the transport was too expensive. In short, poor quality, no after-sales service and hairs all over the house. Too bad we can no longer post photos to show you the carnage...
