GBLight came packed very well Light came packed very well. It is heavy and has a glass bowl, so good packing was a must. My husband and I installed it ourselves. Had to take it down due to not quite understanding a certain part of instructions. But, uts up and looks very nice in our entryway. Now, I have to find a complimentary fixture for my living room.

GBproduct i ordered product i ordered - not available..i had to followup 2 to get status - I cancelled order...reason given was supply chain issues. not happy as I finally found hanging lights I liked.

GBThe customer service rep I had by the name of "Tim" was AWESOME! The customer service rep I had, Tim, was superior in communication, time, and follow-up. He was very helpful even when he had to "pass" my challenge onto a different rep because of the company being "sold" to someone different since I had my original order processed. I was serviced well by the new rep as well. My only concern is my challenge was replacing a glass globe and I was able to do so but was also told there were only 3 left and they were NOT going to be replaced. So, I guess, if I were to accidentally break more than the 3 I ordered, I'm out of luck.

GBbellacor is not a trustworthy company, Do not vuy anything from them.I ordered a bedroom set online,night… I ordered a bedroom set online,night stands arrived first. When the bed got delivered that's where things went wrong. I only received the head board and foot, nothing else. I was missing the mattress support and all 4 posts & metal rails for canopy. I called customer service and they said there was an error on their website and I only ordered the Headboard and foot board and that the other items are purchased separately. So I do order the additional parts to find out they couldn't source them due to supply issues With all that said & time to return everything I was not able to get some of my money refunded since it was past there 30 day refund time. I got screwed out almost $2,500 worst company to ever buy from, buyers beware stay far away from Bellacor. They are many other trustworthy companies to buy your furniture from

GBWell made with beautiful, unique fabric… These seat cushions were the perfect addition to my breakfast room table. Very well made. Beautiful, colorful unique fabric. Unfortunately, they were too thick for our chairs and that made the chair uncomfortable for my husband so I had to return them. I thought they were very comfortable. It was just preference but if you need something similar, give them a try
