GBThe sconces I ordered are beautiful The sconces I ordered are beautiful. I called to find out about returns and the sales assistant was very helpful. My package arrived in a timely manner. I did not receive a shipment notification. And I had no idea when the sconces would arrive

GBCS Issue I ordered a bath fixture that said it was in stock when I ordered it. Eventually, I got a nice email saying it was not available at present. I tried to hold off, but in the end had to cancel that and wanted to reorder a different fixture. I asked if I could get the new one ordered and have expedited shipping since I had been waiting for weeks already. I just got a form letter saying a refund had been issued and no mention of anyone helping me to reorder another fixture. I ended up waiting another couple of days to hear back and never did. Not great customer service.

GBIt was easy to use Bellacor's site to… It was easy to use Bellacor's site to filter on so many lighting features. I found the perfect fixtures for 5 rooms in my house that were affordable and beautiful. I used the "heart" feature to track the ones I loved. The only disappointing part of the experience was losing all my favorite picks at the end because I hadn't created a profile first. It would have been nice to know ahead of time

GBWell made with beautiful, unique fabric… These seat cushions were the perfect addition to my breakfast room table. Very well made. Beautiful, colorful unique fabric. Unfortunately, they were too thick for our chairs and that made the chair uncomfortable for my husband so I had to return them. I thought they were very comfortable. It was just preference but if you need something similar, give them a try
