They didn't hesitate process my return got my refund .. and when I was ready i order different colors of curtains .. received with no problem .. so 5 stars is not enough .. so deconovo please continue to business as you do .. thank you

GBThe curtains are absolutely gorgeous!! The curtains are absolutely gorgeous!!! Substantial but not bulky, softer than I could have imagined and just plain beautiful!!!!! I would say “exactly as advertised “ but the aren’t—-they’re a thousand times better! I’m buying all the curtains for my new house from you!!!!!

GBOrder number DEUS278926095 Fastest delivery I’ve ever had!! 👍👍 However your customer service needs improvement X10.👎👎 I have emailed 4 times and called 2 times asking for someone to send me a return label so I can return merchandise. This has been going on for 4 days. How long can it possibly take to fill in the blanks and email it to me so I can print it and take to whoever and get this matter settled. Received a phone call today from DecoNovo and also received the return label!! Will be returning merchandise tomorrow.
