I absolutely love my custom curtains I absolutely love my custom curtains. They are the perfect size and the material is so soft! It is blocking out the sun 100% and makes the room so cozy. It took about 10 days for the curtains to come which is pretty fast considering theyre custom made. I really love them a lot!!

Order number DEUS278926095 Fastest delivery I’ve ever had!! 👍👍 However your customer service needs improvement X10.👎👎 I have emailed 4 times and called 2 times asking for someone to send me a return label so I can return merchandise. This has been going on for 4 days. How long can it possibly take to fill in the blanks and email it to me so I can print it and take to whoever and get this matter settled. Received a phone call today from DecoNovo and also received the return label!! Will be returning merchandise tomorrow.

Quality product and great customer service We received our order within 5 days of the purchase date. The curtains were good quality and looked just as pictured on the website. We returned them because they did not go with our decor the way we had hoped. Customer service was very prompt and gracious when dealing with our questions and the whole return process went very smoothly so far. We are anticipating receiving a prompt refund as well. Based on our experience I would highly recommend Deconovo.

Curtains are really nice the fabric and… Curtains are really nice the fabric and the design however there is a strong chemical smell on them, put them on my daughters room and the room smelled so bad that I have my daughter sleep in a different room. I will be washing them hopefully the smell will go, otherwise it will be a waste of money.
