GBQuality product and great customer service We received our order within 5 days of the purchase date. The curtains were good quality and looked just as pictured on the website. We returned them because they did not go with our decor the way we had hoped. Customer service was very prompt and gracious when dealing with our questions and the whole return process went very smoothly so far. We are anticipating receiving a prompt refund as well. GBQuality I absolutely love my curtains. No one has this style and I get many compliments on them. So much that one of my daughters wanted new bedroom curtains and wanted blackout, but didn't want a dark color for her bdrm. I bought a Beige color, and she LOVES them. I will be buying more for sure. Quality is right on point. It is true about the black out. The darker the curtain, the darker the black out. My living rm curtains are a Sky Blue. It definitely keeps the hot west sun from heating up my living rm BUT lets some light come through, same with her Beige curtains. We both are delighted with our curtains.

GBNeeding Curtains I realized that Bed, bath and beyond would not be there any longer. Looking for another option so I asked google and found this company, very much in love with these curtains they are black out such a beautiful blue, ands soft a perfect match. I will check them out in the future and very affordable!!!

GBOrder number DEUS278926095 Fastest delivery Iโve ever had!! ๐๐ However your customer service needs improvement X10.๐๐ I have emailed 4 times and called 2 times asking for someone to send me a return label so I can return merchandise. This has been going on for 4 days. How long can it possibly take to fill in the blanks and email it to me so I can print it and take to whoever and get this matter settled. Received a phone call today from DecoNovo and also received the return label!! Will be returning merchandise tomorrow.
