GBDisappointed so far ... My first order with Lilysilk and not impressed so far. The website is difficult to use and discounts advertised don't apply at checkout. I've tried contacting Lilysilk through the webchat to ask when my order is due and receive no response. When I click on Contact Us on your webpage it throws up a 404 error and redirects me back to the home page - the US one even though I'm in the UK. I've receive plenty of advertising emails but none updating me when my order is due. Order number 4000456776

NLDisappointed. Their website is not working properly Their website is not working properly. They don’t apply the discounts they promise. And placing an order takes forever and each time you try the price goes higher. Personally, I am very disappointed.

GBThe quality of the silk bedding has… The quality of the silk bedding has declined the past year. I was very excited for the new line of organic silk linens. During a recent bedding promotion, I purchased a new navy blue fitted sheet, duvet and pillowcases. The pillow cases ripped at the seems within a month and the duvet was not the same quality silk as a smaller duvet, also 25 momme silk that I ordered before. It now feels like a warm chemise silk instead of the heavy and cool silk of years past.

GBLove my Spring Waltz Handkerchief dress!! I purchased the Spring Waltz Handkerchief dress for a 50th birthday party and I received so many complements! The fit was perfect - true to size and flattering, the colors (Orange Paisley) were just as pictured. I definitely recommend it as a spring/summer go to for any occasion!
