USWould recommend the Music Memories Custom Canvas I bought the Music Memories framed canvas for my first anniversary. I love the idea of this and the canvas is modern and meaningful, and fits perfectly in our music room. My husband loved it and it's just as I hoped it would be. However, the card I paid $5 for did not live up to expectations. It was cut unevenly so the white border was thicker on one side than it was on the other. I really like that it mimicked the canvas, but the paper stock felt kind of cheap and the print was uneven and faded in the center. It wasn't the main part of the present, but I did expect better quality for the card.

USBack in December 2023 Back in December 2023, I purchased a hoodie that was personalized from a photo. The embroidery came out incorrect. This is now my 3rd review that I've posted here about this. The first 2 posts I did, Lime & Lou was quick to respond and say they would make it right. This has yet to happen. I am completely disappointed with Lime & Lou. It's clear to me now that their quick responses to my legitimate complaint each time was merely a PR move. Please don't ever purchase anything from Lime & Lou. They could care less about their customers. AND AGAIN....Lime and Lou responds to me and letting me know they're looking into my issue. My issue is over 3 months old. They have NO PLAN TO MAKE THIS RIGHT! Such a terrible way to treat a customer! I will continue to post a deplorable review of Lime and Lou, daily if necessary, until my issue is resolved. Lime & Lou contacted me....promising me a confirmation of shipment (3.5 months after my original complaint email to resolve my issue)...I have yet to receive this. They also sent me a link to track my new shipment, once it releases...this link does not work. I think Lime & Lou uses Chat GPT to answer customer posts....with zero intention of following through and making customers' issues correct. SO WRONG!

USAnother job well done! This was my second order with Lime & Lou--a portrait of my son and his partner. Because it was the second, I was entitled to a 30% discount, but I forgot to enter the code with the order. Once I noticed my error, I wrote to ask whether I could still get the discount. My credit card had already been charged, but Lime & Lou got back to me very swiftly, saying "Of course!" Within a day, they had issued a credit for the discount. Excellent customer service and, again, a beautiful product!
