Because it was the second, I was entitled to a 30% discount, but I forgot to enter the code with the order. Once I noticed my error, I wrote to ask whether I could still get the discount. My credit card had already been charged, but Lime & Lou got back to me very swiftly, saying "Of course!" Within a day, they had issued a credit for the discount. Excellent customer service and, again, a beautiful product!
