They righted their wrong… **I am editing this post to change my overall opinion. Although I did suffer the inconveniences mentioned below, a more responsible person at the company recognized their shortcomings and corrected the shipping/delivery error promptly. I can only hope that the person that resolves my issues is able to train the original person(s) I discussed the error with. I am Happy to report I received my correct item and it is exactly as I expected it. The rug is in great condition and beautiful I absolutely do not recommend this company. I was sent the wrong rugs and after two emails to the company seeking resolution of their error, I still don’t have what I ordered. They claim to have sent a return address label and will send me what I actually ordered AFTER returning the wrong item, but not only isn’t this completely inconvenient, they haven’t even sent the label. They haven’t even apologized for their error. Customer service is a ZEROOOOO. Do not buy.

I emailed the company to tell them this rug was not anything like what I ordered!! They never got back to me!! The rug is a Huge Disappointment!!Would Never Order Again !! Send a Rug that looks nothing like the one I ordered! Emailed Company and No response! Very Disappointed!!
