Best service and room for improvement I have recommended your company many times over many years. The quality of the frames is excellent and the service reliable. However, I really liked the ability to talk on the phone to one of your knowledgeable agents, who were always kind and helpful. This was not available with my last order, and the chat person I spoke with did not seem to know much, or I wrote my concern badly. At any rate, it was 20 minutes of frustration. You've stopped allowing anything but… You've stopped allowing anything but full inch measurements, my pieces can measure in different increments, so now i have to order smaller frames than i would like. Also your color choices in mats has decreased. I would like to see softer color choices along with your previous choices
