GBLost my 20% discount Placed my order for a black and gold frame and was on back order for over a month. I called and cancelled my order and placed a new order for another frame. I received a 20% discount on the back order frame and I couldn't transfer the 20% discount toward my new order.

GBNice online frame source Set up of website makes it fairly easy for a novice framer to select the correct finish, size, etc. DI wish there was a bit more selection in some color ways, but an overall positive experience. better yet, there was a nice sale happening when I stumbled onto this find. Shipping is a bit pricey, but it could be worse.

GBDisappointed that this is JUST a wooden frame and not actually a picture frame I received my frame today and not only does it not have a glass or even plastic cover (like every single other frame I’ve ever bought) but it doesn’t even have anything to secure the thing being framed into the actual frame. It’s literally JUST a wooden frame. Maybe it’s my fault and maybe it was listed in the product description but I don’t get why someone would buy this. For what it cost, it should be more than 4 pieces of wood and nothing else.

GBBest service and room for improvement I have recommended your company many times over many years. The quality of the frames is excellent and the service reliable. However, I really liked the ability to talk on the phone to one of your knowledgeable agents, who were always kind and helpful. This was not available with my last order, and the chat person I spoke with did not seem to know much, or I wrote my concern badly. At any rate, it was 20 minutes of frustration. I know I can rely on good, solid craftsmanship with your frames and shipping, just wish I could count on speaking with someone. Thank you Janet 😊
