Lost my 20% discount Placed my order for a black and gold frame and was on back order for over a month. I called and cancelled my order and placed a new order for another frame. I received a 20% discount on the back order frame and I couldn't transfer the 20% discount toward my new order.

Poor Poor Poor I have no idea when I'm getting my frame. My last order took months before I finally cancelled and now placed a new order. I still don't know when the new one is coming.

Disappointed that this is JUST a wooden frame and not actually a picture frame I received my frame today and not only does it not have a glass or even plastic cover (like every single other frame I’ve ever bought) but it doesn’t even have anything to secure the thing being framed into the actual frame. It’s literally JUST a wooden frame. Maybe it’s my fault and maybe it was listed in the product description but I don’t get why someone would buy this. For what it cost, it should be more than 4 pieces of wood and nothing else.
