Disappointed that this is JUST a wooden frame and not actually a picture frame I received my frame today and not only does it not have a glass or even plastic cover (like every single other frame I’ve ever bought) but it doesn’t even have anything to secure the thing being framed into the actual frame. It’s literally JUST a wooden frame. Maybe it’s my fault and maybe it was listed in the product description but I don’t get why someone would buy this. For what it cost, it should be more than 4 pieces of wood and nothing else.

Best service and room for improvement I have recommended your company many times over many years. The quality of the frames is excellent and the service reliable. However, I really liked the ability to talk on the phone to one of your knowledgeable agents, who were always kind and helpful. This was not available with my last order, and the chat person I spoke with did not seem to know much, or I wrote my concern badly. At any rate, it was 20 minutes of frustration. I know I can rely on good, solid craftsmanship with your frames and shipping, just wish I could count on speaking with someone. Thank you Janet 😊

Love this company!!! My frame arrived perfectly packaged and was the same quality I've come to expect from pictureframes.com. They never disappoint ! What I like most about this company is the care they take in making a frame and the way it is shipped to ensure safe passage. The end product is exactly as seen on the website including hardware and instructions for assembly.
