Great business to work with! I was able to find what I wanted and build specific parts as I liked. It was very easy. After my purchase, I had a problem and when I contacted customer service they resolved the problem right away. They were very responsive and helpful. I will definitely order from them again.

Disappointed that this is JUST a wooden frame and not actually a picture frame I received my frame today and not only does it not have a glass or even plastic cover (like every single other frame I’ve ever bought) but it doesn’t even have anything to secure the thing being framed into the actual frame. It’s literally JUST a wooden frame. Maybe it’s my fault and maybe it was listed in the product description but I don’t get why someone would buy this. For what it cost, it should be more than 4 pieces of wood and nothing else.
