My experience My experience was a bit different than most. Shortly after placing an order for 4 lovely pillow covers as a gift for my daughter, I found out that she had just purchased some and so didn’t need these ones. I immediately emailed the address that was provided with the order confirmation and explained my situation and asked that the order be cancelled. I received a response almost immediately (this was late Saturday afternoon) that the order had been cancelled with no penalty or further explanation needed. It was so nice to experience a hassle free resolution. I will definitely shop the site again soon.

Scam Scam. Ordered the middle size of drawers organizers. Would only fit children’s underwear. Asked for a return. The system calculated posting fees of 143 pounds. Emailed the company. Still waiting for a reply after a week. Planning to go to small claims court. PS after this review, the so called customer service team did get in touch, offering to post the items back, paying for postage (myself) or a refund of 30% of the purchase, keeping the useless items.

Problem lies with the fact that I have still not received my order from over a month ago, and the ability to track my shipment stopped when the Chinese company turned it over to the Canadian company 3 weeks ago. Last I saw was that it was provided to a Canadian shipper only 2 hours from my home. The company was great in compensating me with a full refund and apologizing. I wish all companies were as quick and considerate with their customers as Moderny was. So, while I do not have my product, I would consider trying again with another product in the future.

Very pleasantly surprised! I was somewhat hesitant to order from this site, seeing it only on facebook, & knowing there are multiple scam sites there. So I was truly pleased at the quality of the comforter/throw/bedspread I ordered when it arrived. The colors are compelling and the design seems to be well constructed (read: machine embroidered). The only reason for withholding a 5th star was how long it took for my order to arrive... over 3 weeks.

The company was responsive to my needs… The company was responsive to my needs via email and made things right! I am pleased with the product only wish i got larger than 10 gallons and it’s working well and looks nice in my open living kitchen area; i am in and out of the drawers so far where i have my doggie supplies on the way to the porch—colors would be nice like a ocean blue or turquoise—I’m happy and i was able to put it together myself which is a rarity for sure! I was happy about that!
