These hangers are a total game changer… These hangers are a total game changer in terms of making more room in an already crammed closet. I bought two sets and hung my jeans on both of them which has allowed at least 10" more room in my closet. The only thing shipping took FOREVER to get to me in Honolulu, and Shaina (customer service) was awesome and kept me informed throughout the LONG shipping process.

Timely arrival and helpful support I was a little concerned about when my Ginkgo leafqult was going to arrive as the tracking destination looked confusing/ incorrect. I haven’t purchased from this company before. I wrote to Moderny and received a very prompt reassuring message from Shaina that everything was on track and sure enough it arrived two days later, on Easter Saturday. Shaina also followed up to see if it arrived. It’s lovely and i would be comfortable purchasing from this company again.

Very pleasantly surprised! I was somewhat hesitant to order from this site, seeing it only on facebook, & knowing there are multiple scam sites there. So I was truly pleased at the quality of the comforter/throw/bedspread I ordered when it arrived. The colors are compelling and the design seems to be well constructed (read: machine embroidered). The only reason for withholding a 5th star was how long it took for my order to arrive... over 3 weeks.

Customer service was fantastic Customer service was fantastic. Angelo T was quick and efficient at addressing the issue. Problem lies with the fact that I have still not received my order from over a month ago, and the ability to track my shipment stopped when the Chinese company turned it over to the Canadian company 3 weeks ago. Last I saw was that it was provided to a Canadian shipper only 2 hours from my home. The company was great in compensating me with a full refund and apologizing. I wish all companies were as quick and considerate with their customers as Moderny was. So, while I do not have my product, I would consider trying again with another product in the future.
