We had very specific dimensions to fill our old fireplace with an electric insert. The item arrived in perfect condition and fit perfectly. The online customer service was polite… The online customer service was polite and informative. The service helped us to find a stove to fit our specifications. The shipping was fast once we had ordered and paid. However, during the shipping the black paint had been chipped and scraped off along one whole edge of the stove, but not dented or damaged in any other way. Rather that ship it back, we bought special black stove paint and sprayed a new coating over that whole edge. We haven’t tried our new stove yet because it hasn’t yet been installed.

Very realistic!!! We went to a local dealer and were most impressed with the dimplex brand, but it was quite a bit more pricey. We found the same model online at FireplacesUSA.com. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. We are extremely pleased. The logs and flame are very realistic. We love sitting and watching it.

Dimplex - 23" Multi-Fire XHDTM Electric Fast delivery. Beautiful flame, but have problem’s with the fireplace, the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit the Fahrenheit does not work. And the force fan seems not as strong as it should be. There is noise from where flame turns. I turned this in and hopefully will be addressed in a timely manner.

The product is pretty and functions… The product is pretty and functions however fireplace insert was bent. On day of opening I called customer service to report, still no response to call. However, I emailed, immediately next day and provided pictures too., with box pictures showing no damage to box. There support team is still working on request ( 12/11 emails started). Product is lovely.
