GBFor Customerservice I ordered a fireplace on March 12, 2024 and was told that it would ship right away and then I should expect to have it with him a week. Yesterday was April the third and it just arrived. I called at least twice to find out about it, and no one could tell me where it was at in the shipping process. Both times someone was supposed to call me back and did not. I am not dissatisfied with the fireplace just with the customer service.

GBI purchased the Napoleon electric logs I purchased the Napoleon electric logs. These logs far exceed my expectations. The logs are hand painted and look Shockingly realistic. The red glow and flames are also realistic. They are a little pricey, but worth it. I recommend them without reservations.

GBVery realistic!!! We went to a local dealer and were most impressed with the dimplex brand, but it was quite a bit more pricey. We found the same model online at FireplacesUSA.com. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. We are extremely pleased. The logs and flame are very realistic. We love sitting and watching it.

GBExcellent Customer Service and Product When I originally contacted the company, I was told by customer service (800 number) that the product I was interested in was back-ordered until February 1, 2024. I called the company directly and spoke with Kevin. Somehow, he was able to expedite the order and it arrived at my home before Christmas! The gas logs work perfectly and look beautiful. Awesome service!
