New 42 inch electric fireplace. Purchased an electric built-in fireplace to replace an older propane fireplace. Pricing was good and they had all of the options we wanted. Delivery was fast. Customer service was excellent. After receiving the fireplace, we decided not to use the expanded trim kit. I called customer service and they issued an RMA for the trim kit. Once they received the trim kit back, the cost of the trim kit was refunded to my credit card. We love the new fireplace and are thrilled with the experience we had buying from fireplacesusa.com. I would absolutely buy from them again.

I absolutely love this fireplace! I absolutely love this fireplace! I really appreciate the way it was shipped to me. It arrived strapped to a pallet, so there was no way it could be damaged during shipping It definitely gave my wall the look it needed. I am so impressed with all of the options for colors of flames and crystals in the bottom. It looks very sleek on and off. I would definitely recommend this fireplace.

The product is pretty and functions… The product is pretty and functions however fireplace insert was bent. On day of opening I called customer service to report, still no response to call. However, I emailed, immediately next day and provided pictures too., with box pictures showing no damage to box. There support team is still working on request ( 12/11 emails started). Product is lovely.

Item did not fit Item did not fit, there was over an inch gap between the doors. Yes I measured the entire fireplace.... I emailed to inquire about replacement and never got a response

Very realistic!!! We went to a local dealer and were most impressed with the dimplex brand, but it was quite a bit more pricey. We found the same model online at FireplacesUSA.com. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. We are extremely pleased. The logs and flame are very realistic. We love sitting and watching it.
