Unresponsive to item received late and damaged I placed an order and was told it was in back order. I received it a few weeks ahead of the anticipated delivery date but the item was badly damaged and useless. Customer service was at first responsive but stated no record of delivering and said they would get back to me. The scheduled delivery date approached and I get a message that item was already delivered. Of course it was the damaged item. I’ve repeatedly tried calling, messaging via website and emailing with no response.

Dimplex - 23" Multi-Fire XHDTM Electric Fast delivery. Beautiful flame, but have problem’s with the fireplace, the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit the Fahrenheit does not work. And the force fan seems not as strong as it should be. There is noise from where flame turns. I turned this in and hopefully will be addressed in a timely manner.

Excellent Customer Service and Product When I originally contacted the company, I was told by customer service (800 number) that the product I was interested in was back-ordered until February 1, 2024. I called the company directly and spoke with Kevin. Somehow, he was able to expedite the order and it arrived at my home before Christmas! The gas logs work perfectly and look beautiful. Awesome service!

Detailed dimensions, exceptional product Fireplaces USA is the only website that gave me confidence in product dimensions. We had very specific dimensions to fill our old fireplace with an electric insert. The item arrived in perfect condition and fit perfectly. Very realistic!!! We went to a local dealer and were most impressed with the dimplex brand, but it was quite a bit more pricey. We found the same model online at FireplacesUSA.com. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. We are extremely pleased. The logs and flame are very realistic. We love sitting and watching it.
