Purchased and paid for an item on… Update: I emailed them and they responded right away. And less than a week they arrived. The best part is I absolutely love them. Great quality and totally worth the price. I will order from Northshire again soon. Guess a little glitch on the back end. But great customer service! Original story: Purchased and paid for an item on December 22,2023 and never got anything from them - no confirmation email - nothing. But was charged for the item. Just sent an email waiting for a response.

Not Received I had to follow up 3 weeks after I made the purchase, it had not been sent. Then I received word it was coming to me after I followed up. Yesterday I received a notification it was delivered. I checked and it’s not here. I have other packages delivering fine. I emailed the company and haven’t heard back.

Product is just as represented Product is just as represented. Only issue is that when I placed my order, I received no email or text confirming order and no information for shipping/tracking. I posted comment on fb page and was very quickly responded to and issue was resolved. Bravo!

Very happy with purchase! Package arrived in average time. I love the size of the Element metal wall pieces and they fit perfectly for what I want! VERY impressed with the teeth hook’s placement allowing the piece to hang straight due to more metal on one side. Packaging was excellent and kept the pieces flat and secure. Thank you!

Worried it was a scam. It’s legit… Originally I received a message stating that the package was delivered. But I did not receive it. I sent an email and phone message to the company and found that it was located in Turkey. It took a few days but I finally received an apology and the package (another?) was sent I guess another way as the notifications were different this time. It arrived and it looks good. I was happy.
