Beautiful stove. Worth the wait. Received wood stove finally after delays in customs we were told. Stove is beautiful! Excited to get it set up and use!!! Customer service was sketchy as phone number would not connect so only means of corresponding was via email. But giving a $250 discount for delays was nice.

Exactly as seen and described. I was a little nervous in placing my order and having concerns about the product being legit. The Phoenix is a beautifully handcrafted piece of artwork. In tracking my order, I had seen a shipping label was created. It took longer than expected to arrive, as I had not received any further communication about the item being shipped. I was both excited and relieved when it had arrived, exactly as pictured and described. I absolutely love this on my family room wall.

Only suggestion is side metal screws were too long making it poke out from wall, so we simply removed them. Detail is of impeccable quality.
