Long shipping time with no hardware included. It took a really long time for my package to arrive. The website is set up to make it seem you are purchasing something made in the US, but in reality the products are made and shipped from Turkey. The package did not include the necessary hardware to unite the two halves of the wall art and after several messages to customer service I am told the hardware is now being sent. So I must wait even longer to enjoy my purchase.

In tracking my order, I had seen a shipping label was created. It took longer than expected to arrive, as I had not received any further communication about the item being shipped.
