GBCustomer Service/Shipping Issues I ordered the Pelicans (NBA) Rug on 11/24/2023. When I still hadn't received the rug by 12/20, I sent an email to customer service. They responded with a link to a shipping timeline from "17Track" saying the item was delivered to my city on 12/12 (no specific address listed). I responded back saying I never received the item (no record of anyone delivering a rug sized box on my door bell camera), they responded back saying to contact my "local carrier service". USPS??? Not sure what to do now and don't have the rug which was intended to be a Christmas present for my son.

GBWill be recommending to all my friends... I'm so impressed with the rug I bought! The colors are even more beautiful in person, and it feels so plush underfoot. It's definitely the focal point of our living room now.

GBOrdered a quilt for my nephew for… Ordered a quilt for my nephew for Christmas back in November. Been told for a month it left a shipping facility in New York. Biggest scam in this country. Will never order from this company again. Horrible people. Do not recommend buying from these con artists. I want my money back.
