The opposite of high quality We ordered a rug. It took over a month to arrive and is really just a nonslip blanket. Dreemrooma’s claim that they provide “high quality” is completely false and misleading.

Customer Service/Shipping Issues I ordered the Pelicans (NBA) Rug on 11/24/2023. When I still hadn't received the rug by 12/20, I sent an email to customer service. They responded with a link to a shipping timeline from "17Track" saying the item was delivered to my city on 12/12 (no specific address listed). I responded back saying I never received the item (no record of anyone delivering a rug sized box on my door bell camera), they responded back saying to contact my "local carrier service". USPS??? Not sure what to do now and don't have the rug which was intended to be a Christmas present for my son.

This rug exceeded my expectations... ! The quality is top-notch, and it feels plush underfoot. The design is versatile, blending seamlessly with my home decor. Delivery was prompt, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
