USBought a Houston Rocket floor rug from… Bought a Houston Rocket floor rug from Dreamrooma for $130+. Product was cheaply made and the color was more pink than red as shown in their webpage. I contacted company by email and was told they could not offer refund unless product was damaged. So much for standing by the quality of the product you sell. Will not do business with them again and hope you don’t either.

USOrdered a quilt for my nephew for… Ordered a quilt for my nephew for Christmas back in November. Been told for a month it left a shipping facility in New York. Biggest scam in this country. Will never order from this company again. Horrible people. Do not recommend buying from these con artists. I want my money back.

USCustomer Service/Shipping Issues I ordered the Pelicans (NBA) Rug on 11/24/2023. When I still hadn't received the rug by 12/20, I sent an email to customer service. They responded with a link to a shipping timeline from "17Track" saying the item was delivered to my city on 12/12 (no specific address listed). I responded back saying I never received the item (no record of anyone delivering a rug sized box on my door bell camera), they responded back saying to contact my "local carrier service". USPS??? Not sure what to do now and don't have the rug which was intended to be a Christmas present for my son.

USHopefully they make it right Same as all the one star reviews below - Very disappointing for top dollar carpet. Very thin and cheap material and came all wrinkled - emailed for a refund 10 minutes ago - looking at these reviews it looks like I might not be in luck. Wish I read these first - this sucks - Dreamrooma please make this right so I can change this review
